Yes, doesn't work... You must go to secret menu and press yellow (load default), bl 219v3 (after restart stb) will be activated. You cannot unlock channels with bl 219v4. It's something new in this firmware...
But... you still can reload bl 219v4 if you will want another firmware upload to your receiver.
