Someone can give me a little help (in english PLEASE!!)

This emu seems to be very good, but I've two problems:

The BigOne: Can't set channelLock to Unlock! I've tried everything... factory reset, unlock everything else, new channel list ... no way!!

Small one: The Favorite 1 always ask for a password.

HW: 12.C1.A5
