That text means;
There is a new loader that you can load tps.bin files in to kaon board stbs...
This loader works with almost boards like as 12.01.a5 16.00.a1 12.03.a5 and C boards (12.c0.a5 16.c0.a1) etc..
Loader works with only supported firmwares, and we will working on the new firms that supported by this loader
It is not effective alone for now but with the supported firm you can watch TPS packet...

Yes there will be new firmwares supported by this loader, new firms will be announced first at this forum...
