Bootloader 2.19v3

Hi all

This is bootloader 2.19v3.

When you have channel lock set to lock simply run the kup230 in engineer mode and load the Bootloader .Bin file.

Once loaded you will be able to select channel lock as before.

When you wish to upgrade use bootloader 2.19v4 and you will again be able to upload any version that is the same as your hardware.
