Canal Digitaal NL + TV Vlaanderen Digitaal open?

Still waiting for *** update for Canal Digitaal (Astra) the Netherlands
and the new TV Vlaanderen Digitaal Belgium.

I did hear a rumor that the old Card for the Netherlands (irdeto)
works with TV Vlaanderen Digitaal Belgium (Astra).

Can someone confirm this?
