To whom it may concern,
I have opened an account on your website several weeks ago. Since then I have collected several points (about 5533,25 Euros). Now I tried to click payout but it didn't work. There is only a note with "you don't have minimum payout", but that's not true. Did I do something wrong? Or is there an error on your website? How can I get my payout? I'm expecting your answer as soon as possible and hope that somebody can explain this.
