Dream TV 146 degrees east!

Hi! I am new to this forum. I am sorry because I can not speak turkish. I hope someone can help me on this. Can anyone give me a software for GM9600CIP which can do autoupdate on Dream TV at 146 degrees east? Thanks in advance!!

Thank you for the reply! Anyway, I have tried to load the software to my receiver but it still can not do auto update on Dream TV at 146 degrees East. The provider ID is 4E01 or 4F01. Can you help me to find a software?
