Volkswagen, 33 yıl önce Cenevre'deki Uluslararası Otomobil Fuarı'nda heyecan verici bir coupe sundu. Küçük dış boyutlara sahip, ayırt edici, atak, geniş iç hacimli ve uygun fiyatlıydı. Volkswagen bu araca Scirocco adını vermişti.
